The release agent creates a layer of wax on the surfaces of the mold / models, with a strong anti-stick action.

After drying, it creates a film that allows a simple extraction of the product or the mold. after each print it must be reapplied.

Applications: Apply the product inside the mold or matrix with a brush. Inside it is possible to pour the resin, both epoxy and polyurethane, and acrylic.

The first print requires at least three passes with 10-minute intervals; then one pass is enough before printing. The wax dries almost instantly; wait a few minutes for the solvent to evaporate and settle with a cotton cloth

Withstands high temperatures (up to + 180 ° C).

Directions for use: It is recommended in the preparation of molds and formworks in which to pour the resin and silicon rubbers

It is also possible to apply it on materials such as wood, metal, plastic and even cardboard, making in a few minutes the perfectly non-stick surface in which to pour the resin or other compounds.

Use a brush with soft bristles, apply a generous first coat as if it were a normal paint. let it dry completely and then apply a further coat to eliminate any pores or marks left by the bristles of the brush. let it dry and proceed with the application of the gelcoat. to remove the film in both cases of application use compressed air, if removal is difficult, use acetone

Warning: We do not recommend the use of devices that increase the temperature such as lighters, heat guns, etc.
