FOR PROFESSIONAL USE

R PRO FAST is a Rapid prototyping 1:1 silicone rubber (workability time is 5 minutes while the hardening time is 30 minutes) which creates rigid molds (35 shore) that last a long time and are excellent for casting wax, plaster, resins, cement and other materials.

✔️HIGH PERFORMANCE: It faithfully copies even the smallest details allowing you to make 20% more castings than other silicone rubbers.

✔️HARDNESS: The catalysed rubber allows you to make very rigid molds (hardness 35 ShoreA) and very "elastic" with a high resistance to tearing.

✔️MOLD PERFORMANCE: The physical life of the mold depends on how it is used (cast materials, frequency, etc.). Casting abrasive materials such as concrete can quickly erode mold detail, while casting non-abrasive materials (wax) does not affect mold detail.

✔️NOTE: sulfur-based plasticine is NOT compatible and can inhibit the catalysis of R PRO rubbers

It's a bi-component addition silicone rubber for rapid prototyping (base + platinum catalyst) of acid green color that thanks to its low viscosity and high elasticity allows copying faithfully even the smallest details, has good resistance to tearing, great resistance to high temperatures and aging and an excellent non-stick effect.

The main areas of application are:

  • Rapid prototyping
  • Mouldmaking and modeling (due to its remarkable reproduction precision, high dimensional stability and high mechanical strength)
