R PRO TECH 45 - Translucent liquid silicone rubber, ideal for high hardness molds (45 shore)

PRODUCT FOR PROFESSIONAL USE

R PRO TECH 45 is Transparent / Translucent Liquid Rubber with mixing ratio: 1:1 (both by volume and weight), hardens at room temperature. Molds made with R PRO TECH 45 last a long time and are excellent for casting resins, wax, plaster, cement and other materials. Used above all in the professional goldsmith sector.

✔️HIGH PERFORMANCE: R PRO TECH 45 rubber faithfully copies even the smallest details, allows you to make 20% more castings than other silicone rubbers, and the molds have no linear shrinkage. Workability time: 45 minutes - Hardening time: 3 hours. It is a very fluid rubber that guarantees easy mixing and does not need to be degassed with vacuum machines.

✔️HARDNESS: The catalysed rubber allows the creation of high hardness molds (45ShoreA) with a high resistance to tearing

✔️MOLD PERFORMANCE: The physical life of the mold depends on how it is used (cast materials, frequency, etc.). Casting abrasive materials such as concrete can quickly erode mold detail, while casting non-abrasive materials (wax) does not affect mold detail. Before storing, the mold should be cleaned with a soap solution and dried completely. In the case of a bivalve mould, assemble the two parts of the mould.

✔️NOTE: Sulfur-based modeling clay is NOT compatible and may inhibit the catalysis of R PRO rubbers.
