R PRO GLASS is a two-part addition-cure silicone (platinum-catalyzed), combining safety and high performance. It’s soft, translucent, odorless, and suitable for professionals and hobbyists alike.

Unlike conventional resins or rigid silicones, R PRO GLASS allows you to reproduce delicate and detailed shapes without damaging the original during demolding, thanks to its soft Shore A 12 flexibility.

Its 0% shrinkage ensures that molds retain their exact dimensions over time, making it ideal for long-lasting, repeat use.

HOW TO USE

1. Shake both components A and B to homogenize.

2. Mix equal parts (1:1 by weight) in a clean, dry, grease-free container.

3. Stir for ~1 minute, scraping the sides and bottom.

4. Pour the silicone slowly from a single point to minimize air bubbles.

5. Working time: approx. 40–45 minutes

6. Cures fully in about 3 hours at 23°C (temperature affects curing speed).

7. For layered molds: add additional silicone within 24h for perfect bonding.

COMPATIBILITY & RECOMMENDATIONS

• Do not use with sulfur-based clays or plastilina – inhibits cure.

• For sulfur-containing masters, use R15 silicone instead.

• For firmer molds, use R PRO 20 (medium hardness) or R PRO 30 (high hardness).
