R PRO G – Medium-Hardness Silicone Rubber in collaboration with Gea Creations

R PRO G is a two-part, addition-cure (platinum-based) silicone rubber designed for medium-hardness moldmaking. Developed with artisan Gea Creations, this silicone blends ease of use with professional performance.

Its lilac color improves visibility for detailed masters, especially laser-cut textures. With zero linear shrinkage, molds maintain dimensional stability over time and resist aging or deformation.

With Shore A 20–21, R PRO G strikes the ideal balance between flexibility and firmness, making it suitable for:

• Open and closed molds
• Taller or wider designs
• Medium-detail production
• Moldmaking for resin, wax, gypsum, and more

How to Use R PRO G Silicone

1. Shake components A (Base) and B (Catalyst) if settled.
2. Mix equal parts (1:1 by weight) in a clean, dry, grease-free container.
3. Stir for about 1 minute until the mix is uniform in color.
4. Pour from a height of 20–30 cm, always from the same point to reduce air bubbles.
5. Working Time: 40 minutes
6. Cure Time: 3 hours at 23°C (curing speed varies with temperature).

If you need to add more silicone to complete the mold, do so within 24 hours. The new layer will fully bond with the previous one without compromising the result.

Compatibility Warning: Do not use on masters made from sulfur-based clays or plastilina, these materials inhibit curing. In such cases, use R15.

 For harder molds, choose R PRO 30.

 For softer molds, opt for R PRO 10.
