Report according to art.13 of Leg. Decree 30th June 2003 n. 196, concerning the Italian Personal Data Protection Code.
The Italian law of 31st December 1996 n.675, concerning dispositions for the protection of people with regards to treatment of personal data was repealed by the Italian Legislative Decree of 30th June 2003 n.196, which has introduced from 1st January 2004 the new code concerning personal data. The code states that the interested subject must be previously informed about the use of his personal data. Moreover, the treatment of personal data can’t be handled by the company unless expressly allowed by the interested subject, except in cases provided by the Law.
According to art. 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree dated 30th June 2003 n.196, we declare that:
- The data here gathered have the purpose to register the user and activate an informative service. Data will be treated electronically according to the existing law;
- These data may be communicated to subjects appointed to the management of the service and spread exclusively for the purpose of the service;
- The interested subject benefits from the rights explained in art.13 of the decree.
