How to fix the problem of solidified Liquid Glass Resin
If you have received a package of Liquid Glass Resin that appears partially solidified, lumpy, or hardened, don’t worry: this is a temporary phenomenon caused by exposure to cold during transport or storage.
What to do in these cases?
To restore it to its original consistency, simply warm it slightly.
You can do this in two ways:
Double boiler (quick method): Place the sealed package in warm water using the double boiler method until the resin becomes completely liquid.
Alternative method: Expose the package to sunlight or a moderate heat source until the resin returns to a fluid state.
Once it reaches the correct temperature, the resin will be ready to use according to the original instructions.
If, after mixing the two components, I still see a slight haze, what should I do?
Keep mixing Liquid Glass Resin until it appears perfectly crystal-clear and completely free of any haze.
What type of viscosity does it have?
Liquid Glass Resin is a medium-viscosity resin, which allows for multiple uses and effects.
Can I work with this resin in my bedroom?
Yes, Liquid Glass does not emit any odors or fumes. However, it should be used in a humidity-free environment with a temperature around 20–25°C to ensure optimal performance.
Is it possible to work with epoxy resin after it has fully cured?
Fully cured epoxy resin can be sanded, cut, polished, drilled, and shaped as needed. However, make sure to use the appropriate tools and follow proper safety procedures when working with cured resin.
